Photo Video With Effects

I have a folder of still photographs that I’d like turned into a polished video. The key element I’m after is movement—please weave the images together with smooth transitions and tasteful visual effects so the piece flows naturally and feels cinematic rather than a basic slideshow.
The source files are high-resolution JPGs (roughly 60 images, 3–5 MB each). I’ll share them via Google Drive as soon as we start. You’re free to arrange the sequence for best storytelling; just keep every picture visible long enough for viewers to appreciate the details.
I’d appreciate your creative input on pacing, color work, and any subtle motion graphics that can elevate the final cut. Music and on-screen text weren’t selected as must-haves, but if you feel a soundtrack or minimal titling would improve the film, let me know and we can discuss—flexibility is fine as long as the main focus remains the photography itself.
Please deliver:
• A full-resolution MP4 (1080p or higher) ready for sharing online
• The editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve—whichever you use)
One round of tweaks after the first draft is all I expect; major overhauls shouldn’t be necessary if the transitions and effects feel smooth from the start. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any questions you have before we jump in.
