Photo to Detailed STL Model

I have a single 2-D photograph that I want sculpted into a 3-D print-ready model for an artistic display piece. The likeness—especially the facial features—must be extremely accurate so the finished print feels true to the original image.
Because I plan to run the file straight through my own FDM printer, the mesh must be watertight, manifold, and already scaled to roughly 150 mm tall. I will need a quick turnaround, so please outline how you will move from photo reference to a clean, test-printed STL and how long each stage will take. Mention the software you prefer for sculpting, retopology, and final integrity checks (ZBrush, Blender, Meshmixer, or similar are all fine) so I can follow your workflow.
Deliverables
• High-resolution STL ready for printing
• A couple of shaded viewport or clay renders for approval before final export
• A brief note summarising print-orientation and any recommended slicer settings
Acceptance criteria
• Facial likeness is clearly recognisable and proportionally correct
• No non-manifold edges, inverted normals, or loose shells (I should be able to slice with zero repairs)
• File passes basic integrity checks in Netfabb or Meshmixer without errors
I need the first preview as soon as possible and the finished file immediately afterward, so please include a detailed project proposal that shows you can meet this schedule.
