Photo-Sourced Text Entry

I have a collection of photos of handwritten and printed paper records that must be re-typed, word for word, into an online form I will share with you. All content is plain text—no numbers or calculations involved—so your focus is on accuracy, spelling, and keeping the layout faithful to what you see on each photo.

You will receive the images in a secure cloud folder. Simply open each picture, read the text, and type it into the matching fields of the web form. I will provide clear field-by-field instructions and a short sample so you know exactly how I would like the information captured.

Deliverables:
• Every assigned form fully completed in the web portal
• A quick status message at the halfway point so I can spot-check accuracy
• A final confirmation when the last entry is submitted
