Photo Organization Across Multiple Platforms

I need help organizing over 1TB of photos and videos spanning 30 years, spread across various devices and storage solutions.

Storage Devices:
- External hard drive
- Cloud storage (OneDrive split between two email accounts)
- Laptop (Windows)
- Mobile (Android)
- Various apps (Facebook, Messenger, etc.)

Requirements:
- Remove duplicates and unnecessary synced files
- Organize and categorize photos and videos into a retrievable order
- Migrate OneDrive data from an old email account to a new one via temporary storage
- Ensure easy access and retrieval
- Maintain the original quality of photos and videos
