Photo Editing of Group Photo

I need a skilled photo editor to make a couple of adjustments to a group photo.

Requirements:
- Use Adobe Photoshop
- Remove a woman photographer's head from the bottom of the photo without altering anything else in the group photo
- Replace the legs of a mother and child using reference legs from another photo (reference photo will be provided)
- Ensure edits are seamless and of high quality, as the final image will be included in a wedding album
- Deliver final image in JPEG format
