Photo-Based AI Interior Visuals

I regularly receive nothing more than site photos from clients, so I need a designer who can start from those raw images—no floor plans—yet still show me exactly how the finished spaces could look. From the construction shots I supply, you will:

• Generate four to five AI-driven concept images for every requested room: living & dining, bedrooms, and kitchen & bathrooms. The dominant mood should read “warm and luxurious,” though small variations are welcome so I can compare nuances.

You are free to use your preferred tools—Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Photoshop, Blender, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar—so long as the output is photorealistic and matches the camera angles of my photos. I will supply high-resolution, well-lit reference shots and a brief for finishes and furniture once we start.

This will be a regular work and we've got atleast 4 to 5 project in average a month running so it's regular work. Because every project is time-sensitive, I expect punctuality in project delivery. I’m looking for an immediate kickoff and quick iterations. Please reply with a short note on your workflow for turning site photos into AI concepts, examples of comparable work, and the approximate turnaround you can guarantee for the first batch of concepts.
