Phone Survey Specialist Needed

We are an early-stage robotics company in the Houston-area company developing technology that automatically finds and treats pests on large properties.

Project overview
We need a caller to survey fewer than 30 leads — golf courses, sod and turf farms, sports complexes, and pest control companies — and offer a free on-site property scan. The goal is to understand current pest-management practices and book site-visit appointments with interested contacts. The appointments are free. We will scan the property and share the results with the interested party.

Call each lead on the provided list at various times of day. Once you reach the person responsible for grounds, follow the provided script with about 10 survey questions; calls should take roughly 5-10 minutes. Offer a free on-site scan and collect appointment details: contact name, phone, email, property address, and preferred days and times.
Log every call, outcome, survey response, and detailed note in Zoho CRM.
Log unreachable leads, including attempt count and any voicemails left.

Requirements
The work requires cold-calling, phone-survey, or appointment-setting experience; clear, friendly English; comfort speaking with grounds managers, farm owners, and small business owners; accurate note-taking; availability during US Central Time business hours; and US-based location. The phone style should be relaxed and friendly, with room for the light humor in our script.
