Phone Outreach for Candidate Onboarding

I have a list of recently hired candidates who still need to finish their KYC verification before we can activate their profiles. Your task is straightforward: place a quick phone call to each person, follow the brief guidelines I will share, and secure their confirmation that the KYC steps have been completed.

You will:
• Dial every contact I provide using your own calling setup.
• Introduce yourself on my behalf, reference our onboarding guidelines, and politely walk the candidate through the final KYC step.
• Note the outcome of each call—completed, pending, or unreachable—in a shared tracker so I have real-time visibility.

The guidelines cover the greeting, the KYC instructions, and the compliance wording, so you will not need to create a script from scratch—just stay within those boundaries and keep the conversation friendly and concise.

Accuracy matters because we cannot activate anyone without verified KYC. Aim for clear notes and same-day updates. If this pilot batch goes smoothly, I will have more call lists for you every week.
