Phone Interviewer – Read Questionnaire and Enter Responses into Web Form

I'm looking for a reliable freelancer to conduct phone interviews using a provided questionnaire and accurately enter responses into an online form.

### Responsibilities
- Call people from a provided contact list.
- Listen carefully and enter responses accurately into our web form.
- Track completed interviews, unanswered calls, and callback requests.
- Keep all information and responses confidential.

### Requirements
- Clear spoken English and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Strong listening skills, accurate typing, and attention to detail.
- A quiet workspace with minimal background sounds or interruptions.
- Reliable internet, a computer, and a headset with a clear microphone.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Phone interviewing, customer service, or data entry experience preferred.

### Project Details
- Work location: Remote
- Calling hours/time zone: PST (los angeles)
- Expected number of interviews: It will start low: 0-5 calls per week
- Estimated interview length: 30 minutes or less
- Phone system: You should have a system in place or be able to recommend a system.
- Payment: To be determined.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
