Phone-Based B2C Lead Outreach

I have a stream of fresh B2C prospects who have opted in for more information, and I need each of them contacted by phone to move the conversation forward. Every call should focus on two things: confirming or updating their core contact details and securing a firm appointment with my sales team.

You will receive daily lead lists, a simple call script, and access to our CRM so your notes drop straight into the record. After each conversation, log any corrected phone numbers or emails, note the outcome, and place qualified prospects directly onto our shared calendar.

Deliverables
• Completed call log in the CRM for every assigned lead
• Updated contact fields (phone, email, name) where needed
• Scheduled appointments with date, time, and call notes attached

Accuracy on data capture is vital; I measure success by clean records and kept appointments, not just dials made. If you’re comfortable driving engagement over the phone and can keep concise, well-structured notes, you’ll fit right in.
