Philippine Virtual Assistant Needed

I run a small, fast-moving company and would like a dependable virtual assistant based in the Philippines to keep my inbox and direct messages under control. Your main focus will be promptly sorting, flagging, and replying to emails and Slack messages so I can stay on top of client conversations and internal updates.
Beyond the daily communications clean-up, I may ask you to update simple spreadsheets, gather web research, or prepare quick summaries—all light admin work suited to a beginner who is eager to learn. Familiarity with Slack is essential since that is where we will coordinate; if you already know Google Docs and Sheets, that’s a bonus but not mandatory.
You’ll need a solid grasp of written English, a reliable internet connection, and the flexibility to jump on tasks during U.S. business hours when I ping you. I pay hourly (or can switch to a monthly arrangement once we find a rhythm).
When you apply, send your résumé and a short intro that shows you’re organized, responsive, and ready to start.
