I’m looking for a reliable VA based in the Philippines to handle the administrative side of my ongoing credit-repair journey. Your core focus will be twofold: drafting and submitting dispute letters to the major credit bureaus when errors appear on my reports, and executing day-to-day follow-ups that steadily raise my credit score.

Day to day, you’ll maintain a simple tracker in Google Sheets, log every piece of correspondence, calendar each follow-up date, and keep my inbox organized so no deadline slips through. When I receive a response from a bureau or creditor, you’ll record it, flag any next actions, and prepare the appropriate rebuttal or escalation letter using proven templates (or your own if they convert better). Familiarity with U.S. regulations such as the FCRA will help you spot compliance gaps that strengthen our disputes.

I already have an outline of accounts to tackle first; you will turn that outline into a structured battle plan—one account, one error, one letter at a time—while monitoring my credit-score movements on Credit Karma or a similar dashboard.

Essential skills that make this smooth:
• Excellent written English for persuasive, error-free letters
• Solid experience with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion processes
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Meticulous attention to detail and respect for confidentiality

Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
1. Updated dispute tracker with statuses and next steps
2. Copies of all letters sent (PDF) and proof of mailing/online submission
