I already have roughly 2,200 words of raw, well-thought-out material for my PhD application; what I need now is an experienced academic writer who can reshape that content into two polished admissions documents:

• Statement of Purpose – 1,000–1,200 words
• Personal Statement – 500–750 words

Both pieces must follow the conventions expected by top doctoral programs in the sciences, with a clear emphasis on Mathematics and, more specifically, my interests in Applied Mathematics. The narrative has to flow logically, showcase my research preparedness, and differentiate between career-focused goals (for the SOP) and personal journey/motivation (for the Personal Statement).

I will supply the full text, background notes, CV highlights, and any program prompts. Your task is purely structural and stylistic: refine wording, tighten transitions, arrange the paragraphs in the right order, and ensure the two documents complement—rather than duplicate—each other. Please keep citations, technical terms, and academic tone intact while improving overall readability.

Strict requirement: human-only writing. I need genuine editorial craftsmanship, not AI-generated prose. Final deliverables in editable Word format, ready to paste into applications. A brief change log or tracked-changes version would be appreciated so I can see what was reworked.

If this is in your wheelhouse, I’m eager to collaborate and wrap this up quickly.
