My current manuscript applies neural-network models to protein research, and I want to elevate it to a publishable, high-impact journal submission. The technical groundwork is in place—data collected, models built in PyTorch—but I need a seasoned, PhD-level mind to refine the methodology, strengthen the theoretical framing, and share full co-authorship on all resulting publications.
You would collaborate with me on each stage of the writing cycle: sharpening the literature review, validating the experimental design, running supplementary analyses, and polishing the final text to meet journal standards in computational biology and AI. Because I’m planning a series of follow-up studies, I’m looking for a long-term scholarly partnership; your willingness to act as a professional reference for future academic or industry applications is an essential part of this relationship.
Key deliverables
• Revised and annotated model code with reproducible results
• Co-written manuscript ready for peer review (LaTeX or Word format)

Familiarity with protein sequence datasets, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and standard statistical packages will let us move quickly.
