Phase II Feature Enhancement, sole sourced to Figle Technologies

I’m moving into Phase II of the system Figle Technologies built for us and need their team to layer in a set of new, production-ready features. The emphasis this round is squarely on feature enhancements—more precisely, new functionalities that expand on the Phase I foundation.

Here’s what I expect delivered, tested, and deployed to the existing codebase:

• Staff Renewal Dates report
• Supply Inventory: new table structure, data-entry screen, plus a printable and exportable inventory report
• Universal Export feature added to the key tables and reports we specify
• Classroom Reminders module that surfaces scheduled tasks and sends alerts
• Payments Audit report that correlates payment information with enrollments
• Full deployment and pre-population of both Phase I and Phase II on our secure cloud server.

Acceptance is complete once all items run bug-free in production, security roles match our existing matrix, and Figle’s hand-off package includes all source code and user documentation.

All development, testing, and deployment will be handled exclusively by Figle Technologies to maintain continuity with the original architecture.

Detailed specifications for this Phase II project have been sent to and accepted by Figle Technologies.

Our existing intellectual property agreement will extend to the entire project.
