Phase 1 Engineering & DFM Review

I have completed the first-phase documentation for an engineering project and now need a fresh, expert set of eyes on it. The scope of this job is a focused engineer review that zeroes in on three things: accuracy of the technical content, completeness of every required section, and overall clarity for future stakeholders and developers.

You will receive the current Phase 1 documents in PDF formats; culminating in roughly a 5–8 page Independent Engineering Review Report covering:
1. Executive summary
2. Engineering observations
3. DFM observations
4. Manufacturability concerns
5. Cost-reduction opportunities
6. Assembly recommendations
7. Risk ranking
8. Questions for Hamza as the lead engineer
9. Recommended changes before Phase 2
