### P&F PGV100-F200-R4-V19 Integration with Kinco K615S-16DT PLC
I am looking for an experienced **PLC/Industrial Automation programmer** to integrate a **Pepperl+Fuchs PGV100-F200-R4-V19** positioning/color sensor with a **Kinco K615S-16DT PLC**.
The sensor communicates through **RS485**, and I need to establish communication between the sensor and PLC and correctly decode the data received from the sensor.
### Main Requirement
The PLC should receive and process the data from the **Pepperl+Fuchs PGV100-F200-R4-V19** sensor, including:
* Detected **color/code**
* Position information
* Position/orientation value
* Determine whether the detected position is:
* **Left**
* **Center**
* **Right**
* Receive and store the corresponding sensor values in PLC registers
* Display/use these values in the PLC logic for further machine operation
### Scope of Work
The freelancer will need to:
1. Configure the **RS485 communication** between the PGV100 sensor and Kinco K615S-16DT PLC.
2. Understand and implement the communication protocol/data format of the PGV100-F200-R4-V19.
3. Develop the required communication logic in the **Kinco PLC**.
4. Read the sensor's transmitted data into PLC registers.
5. Decode the received data and identify the detected **color/code**.
6. Process the position data and determine **Left / Center / Right** orientation.
7. Create proper PLC register/data mapping.
8. Provide a working PLC program that can be tested directly with the sensor.
9. Troubleshoot communication, data conversion, and decoding issues during commissioning.
### Expected PLC Data
I would like the PLC program to provide clearly mapped values such as:
| Data | PLC Output |
| -------------------- | ------------------------ |
| Sensor Communication | Communication OK / Error |
| Detected Color | Color/Code value |
| Position X | Numeric position value |
| Position Status | Left / Center / Right |
| Sensor Data | Raw/decoded value |
| Sensor Error | Error/status code |
The exact data structure will be finalized based on the **PGV100 sensor communication protocol/manual**.
### Hardware
**Sensor:** Pepperl+Fuchs PGV100-F200-R4-V19
**Communication:** RS485
**PLC:** Kinco K615S-16DT
### Required Experience
Please apply only if you have practical experience with:
* Kinco PLC programming
* RS485 communication
* Modbus RTU / serial communication
* Pepperl+Fuchs sensors
* Industrial positioning or color sensors
* PLC register/data decoding
* Industrial automation commissioning
### Deliverables
* Complete Kinco PLC program
* RS485 communication configuration
* PGV100 sensor data decoding
* PLC register mapping
* Color/code detection logic
* Left/Center/Right position logic
* Communication error handling
* Basic documentation explaining the PLC registers and logic
* Remote testing/debugging support
I can provide the **PGV100-F200-R4-V19 datasheet/manual and the Kinco PLC programming software/project details** to the selected freelancer.
**Please include examples of your previous RS485 sensor-to-PLC integration projects when submitting your proposal.**
