Looking for a Facebook group seeding / community engagement specialist for ongoing organic work. Paid hourly, 5–10 hours a week to start, long term if it works.
THE NICHE
Pet communities — specifically cats. Rescue groups, adoption groups, cat owner groups. You will be working inside existing Facebook groups, not ours.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Facebook group seeding
- Community engagement: start conversations with proactive posts inside those groups
- Community growth: build a following through the profile, not through links
- Keep a simple daily log: which group, which thread, what you posted, what came back
WHAT THIS IS NOT
- No links. No promotion. No product mentions. Nothing that reads as marketing.
- No mass posting, no copy-paste replies, no bought engagement, no fake accounts
- 100% organic. If a reply looks like an ad, it has failed.
WHO THIS SUITS
- You write natural, conversational English — not corporate English
- Experience as a Facebook group moderator, group admin, community manager or engagement specialist
- You are comfortable being useful without selling .
