The goal is to automate customer communication, appointment management, reminders, and basic follow-ups while keeping the workflow simple, reliable, and easy to maintain.

Project Scope

The workflow will include:

* AI Chatbot – AI-powered chatbot to handle common customer queries
* Appointment Booking – automate appointment requests and confirmations
* Google Calendar Integration – create, update, and manage appointments
* Google Sheets Integration – store and manage customer/pet/appointment data
* Vaccination Reminders – automatically remind pet owners about upcoming vaccinations
* Follow-ups – automated follow-up messages after appointments and other relevant events

Freelancer Requirements

Looking for someone who has hands-on experience with:
