Personalized Telegram Auto-Reply Bot

I need to stop replying to every Telegram message by hand. Your task is to build a small bot that detects incoming chats, checks the sender’s username, and pushes back a customised reply that I pre-set for that specific user.

Key points
• The core feature is auto-reply. It must trigger only when the sender matches a username I have listed.
• The reply text will be unique per user; if no match is found, the bot should stay silent (or send a default message—let’s keep that configurable).
• Please keep the username / reply pairs in a place I can change easily: a simple JSON, CSV, Google Sheet, or a lightweight admin panel—whichever you feel is fastest to maintain.
• Use the official Telegram Bot API and any language or framework you prefer, as long as it runs reliably on a standard VPS.
• Include clear setup notes so I can drop in my bot token, run a single command, and have it online.
