I’m looking for a reliable person to capture my personal thoughts and reminders over the next few days. I’ll ring you whenever something comes up; during each brief call you’ll listen carefully and then turn what you hear into a concise written summary.

The notes don’t need exhaustive detail—just the key points organised clearly so I can review them later at a glance. Discretion is important because many of the items are private. Strong listening skills, fast typing, and a knack for trimming information down to essentials will make this go smoothly.
