Personal Letters Typed from Notes

I have a collection of handwritten notes that need to be turned into clean, well-formatted personal letters. You will receive high-resolution scans of each page; your task is to transcribe them accurately, preserve my tone, correct any obvious spelling errors, and return each letter as a separate PDF file ready to be sent.

You should be comfortable reading varied handwriting, have an eye for proper paragraph flow, and know how to present a letter so it looks polished yet still personal. I’ll supply any greeting, sign-off, or special wording instructions up front, and you can ask questions whenever something in the notes is unclear.

Deliverables
• A PDF for every handwritten letter provided, formatted on standard A4 or US Letter as appropriate
• Turnaround time and progress updates agreed before we begin
