Personal Letters Translation to Swahili

I need several English personal letters and email exchanges rendered into clear, friendly Kiswahili. The originals are informal, so the translation must read like natural conversation—“Kiswahili cha kawaida na cha kirafiki”—while still conveying every nuance, joke, and feeling found in the source text.

What I will provide once we start:
• The full text in an editable file, plus any background notes that might help capture tone.
• Preferred spellings of a few family names and places that often appear.

Deliverables I expect back:
• A neatly formatted Word or Google Doc with the Kiswahili version aligned to the English paragraphs for easy review.
• A short translator’s note flagging any phrases that required creative adaptation.

Acceptance criteria:
• Tone feels authentically conversational to a native reader, with no literal “word-for-word” echoes.
• Grammar and spelling are spotless.
• Confidentiality is maintained throughout.

If clarifications are needed while you work, feel free to ask—accuracy and warmth are equally important to me.
