I want to launch a website dedicated to practical, easy-to-follow tips on managing personal finances, written especially for Indonesian students and university-goers. The site should feel friendly and approachable while still looking polished and trustworthy.

Core needs
• A modern, responsive layout that works smoothly on mobile and desktop.
• A simple CMS (WordPress, Ghost, or another mainstream option) so I can add new articles, infographics, or short videos without touching code.
• Clear content sections for budgeting, saving, and general money-management advice aimed at first-time earners and scholarship recipients.
• Basic on-page SEO and fast loading times so students can reach the information even on limited data plans.

Nice-to-have features
• A search bar and tag system to help readers find specific topics quickly.
• An email signup box so I can share new tips and seasonal budgeting guides.
• Space for future tools such as a quick “allowance calculator” or a downloadable checklist.

Deliverables
1. Fully deployed website on my hosting with an admin login.
2. Brief user guide (PDF or Google Doc) showing how to publish a new post, update menus, and back up the site.
3. Source files and graphics used, so I can update branding later if needed.

Once the site is live and tested, I’ll review everything against the requirements above. If all checks out—mobile responsiveness, page speed, and content structure—we close the project.
