# Hiring: Founder Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Part-Time / Freelance)

**Budget:** ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
**Commitment:** 3–4 hours every Saturday (in person in Mumbai) + remote work during the week
**Type:** Long-term freelance / paid internship

### About the opportunity

I'm looking for a creative, resourceful individual who can help me build my personal brand across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.

I don't want someone who simply posts content. I'm looking for a creative partner who can brainstorm ideas with me, plan content, shoot videos, edit them and manage the entire publishing process.

Think of this as a one-person content team!

### How we will work

We will dedicate a few hours every Saturday to batch-shooting content for the upcoming week.

You will be responsible for preparing the topics, scripts, questions and shooting plan beforehand.

The remaining work, including editing, designing, writing and scheduling, can be completed remotely.

### Your responsibilities

- Collaborate on personal branding and content strategy.
- Research interesting topics related to entrepreneurship, fintech, ecommerce and international business.
- Develop video concepts, hooks and scripts.
- Conduct weekly video shoots.
- Edit engaging short-form videos with subtitles, B-roll and appropriate transitions.
- Create static creatives, carousels and simple promotional ads.
- Write captions and LinkedIn posts.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Track engagement and recommend improvements.
- Maintain an organised content calendar and content library.

### Expected monthly deliverables

- 10 professionally edited reels.
- 5 educational carousels.
- 5 static posts.
- 15-20 stories.
- Weekly content calendar.
- Content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Monthly performance report.

### Who should apply?

Someone who:

- Understands social media storytelling.
- Has good video shooting and editing skills.
- Is proficient in Canva and CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
- Has excellent English writing skills.
- Can work independently and bring fresh ideas.
- Understands how to make professional content interesting without making it look overly corporate.
- Is comfortable working directly with a founder.

Experience with founder-led content or personal branding would be an advantage.
