Personal Assistant for Email and Scheduling

I’m looking for a dependable personal assistant who can quickly take charge of three day-to-day necessities: keeping my inbox under control, lining up appointments on the calendar, and entering basic data so nothing slips through the cracks.

Here is what the role looks like in practice:

• Email management – sort, flag, and draft responses so my inbox stays at zero and urgent messages surface immediately.
• Scheduling – coordinate meetings, confirm times with participants, and update the calendar in real time.
• Data entry – transfer notes or numbers into the correct spreadsheets or documents with absolute accuracy.

You’ll be working inside Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs). If you already move comfortably between those two ecosystems, you’ll feel right at home here.
