Permit-Ready Construction Drawings Needed

I already have accurate overall dimensions and a detailed AI rendering of an entire house. Now I need those ideas translated into a complete permit-ready drawing package.

Here is what I will send you at kickoff:
• PDF with all linear dimensions, ceiling heights, and key datum points
• High-resolution AI rendering that illustrates my intended exterior look and major interior concepts

From that material I expect a coordinated set of CAD files (DWG or RVT) and matching PDFs that cover all items a residential building department typically wants:
• Architectural floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections that match the AI vision and the supplied measurements
• Electrical layout showing outlets, switches, lighting, panel schedule, and basic circuiting
• Plumbing layout with fixture locations, supply and waste line routing, and riser diagram

The drawings must be clean, properly annotated (north arrows, scales, legends, door & window schedules, material call-outs), use standard layers, and print correctly at 1/4" = 1'-0". Familiarity with IRC and common U.S. residential code conventions is essential; I’ll handle engineering stamps separately, so structural sheets are not required this round.

Timing: first draft within one week, final revisions the week after feedback. I am available daily for clarifications and will mark up PDFs promptly.

Deliverables will be considered complete once the set is accepted by my local plan checker without corrections for the scopes listed above.
