Permit Pulling for Commercial Remodel

I’m updating the interior of an existing commercial space to create temporary partitions for a new storage-unit layout. All work is non-structural—no load-bearing walls are affected, and there’s no electrical or plumbing alteration planned. Janus International will handle every aspect of their own demo and installation, so there’s no coordination required on that front. I have drawings.

What I need is a licensed General Contractor of record who can secure all necessary building permits with the city, post them on site, and remain available for any required inspections until final sign-off.

Deliverables:
• Secure and post the appropriate interior-remodel permit(s).
• Supply copies of permit documents and receipts to me.
• Attend or delegate a qualified representative for each city inspection through project close-out.

Include your license number, confirmation of insurance, and a brief note on similar permit-only projects you’ve handled when you respond. MUST BE A GC LOCATED IN TEXAS, USA
