I have a 9 m × 5 m lawn and the irrigation line that runs around several sides has started to leak in a number of spots. The existing pipes sit a little too high, so while we are fixing the breaks I’d like them dropped to the proper depth before everything is closed up again.

Scope of work
• Lift the strip of kikuyu/buffalo (existing turf) neatly around the perimeter, keeping the sod moist and intact.
• Trace, expose and replace every leaking or broken section you find, ensuring new pipework is joined securely and sits lower than the current grade.
• Flush the line, test for pressure loss and confirm an even spray from the heads.
• Back-fill, level and return the original grass so the joins are invisible once it knits back in.

Acceptance
– Zero visible leaks after testing.
– Sprinkler heads sitting flush/just under the finished lawn.
– Grass relaid at same original height.

You will need your own trenching tools, PVC pipe and fittings, primer/glue. Let me know your earliest start date and how long you expect the repair to take.
