Perch Pals WooCommerce Physical Store Setup

I need a clean, responsive WordPress site running WooCommerce. I've done a mockup of the home page, but will need a dropdown magamenu, links to 4 pages, Shop plus product page for favourites, About page, policy page on Wholesale Information button, and a Contact page. The build must include all core storefront pages—Shop, About, Contact, Wholesale Information, Where to Buy—styled with a lightweight, fast theme that is fully mobile-friendly.

At checkout I want shipping shown as the actual cost, not a flat or free rate, so please configure WooCommerce (or an appropriate add-on) to pull live carrier prices and display them automatically. There will be no payment gateway.

Deliverables
• WordPress install with WooCommerce configured for physical products
• Restricted login to view prices
• “Actual” shipping cost calculation via live carrier rates
• One sample product entered to include, a field for a numberic barcode. I'll upload more products.
• Order email form with produce codes, descriptions, cost, etc.
• Short hand-off guide or screen-recorded walkthrough covering product entry, order fulfilment and refunds
