ROLE OVERVIEW
The People & Culture Lead will support BioLabs’ people strategy through a combination of operational HR, talent acquisition, employee experience, and administrative support for the European sites. This role works closely with the Director of People & Culture to enhance and coordinate employee programs, processes, and engagement initiatives while ensuring employees have the support and tools to thrive throughout their BioLabs career. This is a remote position based in Europe supporting employees in Germany, France, and the UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Support full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition activities
Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs and interview coordination
Manage candidate experience, ATS administration, offers, background checks, and onboarding documentation
Support internship, co-op, and campus recruiting programs
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and employee transitions
Support payroll, benefits, and work authorization administration
Culture & Employee Experience
Support employee engagement, culture, and people initiatives
Promote BioLabs’ values, mission, and collaborative culture
Assist with HR policy implementation and local compliance initiatives
HR Operations & Employee Support
Support HR systems, reporting, surveys, and employee programs
Provide employees with guidance and day-to-day HR support
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, Customer service, or a related field
High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills paired with high level of customer service
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems
