I need reliable, evidence-based pediatric dosing support for infants, children, and adolescents who are being treated for chronic conditions. Alongside the calculations, I expect you to:

• Perform a quick but thorough prescription check before anything is dispensed—identify dosing errors, contraindications, drug interactions, and any red flags for adverse effects.
• Provide clear counselling points that parents, caregivers, and the wider care team can follow easily at home or on the ward.
• Flag anything that needs follow-up and outline simple monitoring parameters so we can track therapeutic response and spot adverse drug reactions early.

I work in a busy pediatric clinic and will supply patient details case-by-case in a secure format. In return, I need concise dosing sheets (preferably PDF or spreadsheet) plus brief written notes that justify each decision.
