PE Structural Product Analysis Needed - 19/08/2026 22:36 EDT

I have a newly developed mechanical product that must undergo a certified structural review before it can move into production. I need a licensed Professional Engineer to verify every critical aspect of its strength and longevity. The work must cover three key areas: load-bearing capacity, detailed stress/strain behaviour under expected operating conditions, and projected fatigue life over the product’s service cycle.

We will ultimately supply current 2D CAD Files preliminary hand calculations and the expected load cases. Using your preferred finite-element package—ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, ABAQUS or comparable—you will refine the model, run static and fatigue simulations, and back up the numerical results with concise hand checks where appropriate. A short, clearly written report that can be shared with certification bodies is the final deliverable; it has to include model assumptions, boundary conditions, safety factors, raw output plots, your engineering commentary, and your professional stamp/seal.
