PDF/Image to Spreadsheet Entry

I have a collection of documents that need to be turned into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. The files are a mix of standard text-based PDFs and scanned PDFs or photos, so you’ll need to be comfortable switching between straightforward copy-paste work and light OCR or manual typing when text isn’t selectable.

Your task is simple but detail-driven: move every piece of text and every number from each source file into either Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer—while preserving accuracy. I’ll share the folder of original files and clarify the column headings before you begin; once the layout is confirmed, the bulk of the work is pure data entry.
