PDF/Image Text Conversion Needed

I have a batch of scanned PDFs and image files that must be turned into clean, fully editable text. Each source document should come back to me as its own editable file—Word, Google Docs, or a comparable format is fine—as long as the layout, headings, tables, and basic styling follow the original.

Accuracy is the priority. Feel free to rely on any OCR tool you trust—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, Tesseract, or even manual re-typing—yet every page needs a careful proof-read so spelling, punctuation, and line breaks are perfect.

Deliverables
• One editable document per source file, named exactly like the original
• Text that mirrors the source formatting (headings, lists, simple tables)
• A short note flagging any section that could not be reproduced exactly

The current set is around 20–30 pages; future batches are likely if everything runs smoothly. Please share your usual turnaround time for a workload of this size and any similar conversion projects you’ve completed.
