PDF/Image Data Transcription

I have a batch of information locked inside a series of PDFs and scanned images that I need transcribed with absolute accuracy into a clean, editable digital format. The files include both text and simple numerical data; nothing is handwritten, but the quality of some scans varies, so careful attention to detail is essential.

Your task is straightforward: extract every piece of information exactly as it appears and enter it into a structured file we agree on before you begin. I am flexible on the final format—as long as the data is consistently organised and easy to sort and filter, I’m happy to work with Excel, Google Sheets, or another layout you recommend.

Reliability matters more than speed. If you already use OCR tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or similar, feel free to combine them with manual checks to keep error rates virtually zero.
