I need a pages-page PDF turned into a fully editable
Microsoft Word file so I can update the text myself. The Word document must mirror the existing page-by-page layout-margins, headings, tables, page numbers, headers and footers should look exactly as they do in the PDF.
Only the text needs to come across; any embedded images or graphics can be left out.
Please proof for stray line breaks or formatting glitches as you go so the file is press-ready on delivery.

• One docx file, 200 pages, layout-matched to the source PDF, text unlocked and editable.
