PDF to Word Layout Match

I have a PDF that needs to be rebuilt in Microsoft Word so the finished .docx looks and behaves exactly like the original. My goal is pure re-formatting: every margin, font size, line break, and page break should mirror the PDF, while leaving the text fully editable.

The document includes several tables and charts that must remain crisp, aligned, and easy to update once in Word. Please preserve their styles, cell shading, and any embedded data so nothing is lost in translation.

You may use the workflow you prefer—Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, manual recreation—so long as the final file opens in Word 2019+ without broken layout elements.

Deliverables:
• A clean, editable .docx faithfully matching the PDF’s design
• All tables and charts recreated in native Word objects (no flattened images)
• Fonts, headers/footers, and page numbers identical to the source
