PDF to Word & Excel

I have a collection of scanned PDFs that need to be turned into clean, editable Word files. I only need the raw text—no bolding, tables, or fancy layout—just clear paragraphs in the order they appear on the page. Accuracy is critical; every word, number, and line break has to match the source so I can rely on the documents for downstream work.

Once the text is captured, I’d like sections of that content arranged in an Excel workbook. It’s all text data, so each entry simply goes into its designated column without additional formulas or formatting.

Deliverables
• Word files for each PDF, containing plain, proof-read text
• An Excel workbook with the requested text data correctly slotted into columns
