PDF-to-Word Editable Conversion

I have a PDF that I need turned into a fully editable Word file so I can easily revise the wording and update sections in the future. Exact layout replication isn’t important—what matters is that every bit of text comes across accurately and is formatted cleanly enough for straightforward editing in Microsoft Word.

Please bring over only the images that are truly essential to understanding the content; decorative or redundant graphics can be left out. Feel free to use whatever OCR or conversion tools you trust, as long as the final .docx opens without errors and the text is selectable, spell-checkable, and free of odd line breaks.

Deliverable: a single, well-structured Word document with core text intact and necessary images in place, ready for me to jump in and update.
