PDF-to-Word Editable Conversion

I have a PDF that I need reproduced in Microsoft Word so every sentence can be revised easily. Text should come across clean, with only standard font, size and paragraph styling; I am not trying to rebuild complex layouts, just a tidy, editable document.

A key requirement is that the original mathematical equations remain intact and fully editable. If you prefer MathType or Word’s built-in Equation Editor, either is fine as long as the final file lets me click into every symbol and make changes.
