PDF to Word Data Entry

I have a batch of PDF files that hold only text but include several embedded tables. I need each document re-created in Microsoft Word so the wording is copied verbatim and every table is rebuilt using Word’s native table tools—no screenshots or pasted images. Consistency in fonts, headings, and table borders has to mirror the original layout so that the finished files are ready for immediate editing and printing.

Your workflow can involve OCR or manual typing; what matters is zero transcription errors and clean, well-structured Word formatting. I will supply the PDFs in groups, and I expect the matching .docx file returned for each.

Deliverables
• One Word document per PDF, with all text accurately transferred.
• All tables reproduced exactly in Word, maintaining row/column order and alignment.
• Final files spell-checked and free of stray line breaks or formatting artifacts.
