PDF to word copywriters

I have a set of scanned PDF pages whose text needs to be re-typed into Microsoft Word. Because the pages are scans, simple copy-paste or OCR will not give me the reliability I need, so I’m counting on your careful manual transcription.

Your goal is to reproduce the text only, but the finished Word file should mirror the original layout as closely as possible—paragraph breaks, line spacing, indents, headings, and page breaks should look like they do in the PDF. Images and tables are not part of this job, so you can ignore any that appear. Accuracy matters more than speed; I’ll proof the file against the scan and expect zero typos or missing words.

Deliverable: a clean .docx file that matches the PDF’s structure and is ready for immediate use. If you spot illegible portions, flag them with a clear highlight so I can review.
