PDF to Word Conversion

I have a document that currently exists only as a scanned PDF/image. I need it rebuilt in Microsoft Word so it looks almost identical to the original—fonts, spacing, margins, and any visible tables or columns should line up the same way on the page.

Only the text itself must be fully editable; if the scan contains decorative images or non-text elements you can leave those flattened or embedded as pictures. Accuracy matters more than speed: I will review line-by-line, so please proof-read your work and make sure no characters are dropped or mis-recognised by OCR.

Deliver the finished, fully editable .docx file and, if you used OCR software, let me know which tool or workflow helped you achieve the result so I can maintain consistency later.
