PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a scanned PDF that must be turned into an editable Word document. Because the file is an image-based scan, simple copy-paste will not work; you’ll need to run reliable OCR (ABBYY FineReader, Adobe Acrobat, or a similar tool) and then tidy everything by hand so the final .docx mirrors the original page for page.

Please reproduce every piece of text and each table exactly where it appears in the source. Images, logos, signatures, and stamps can be ignored—I only need the text and tables.

Deliverable
• A Word file (.docx) whose layout, fonts, column widths, and table borders match the scanned PDF as closely as possible, ready for me to edit without further cleanup.
