PDF-to-Word Conversion -- 2

I have a set of PDF files that are scans or photographed pages, and I need each one turned into an editable Word document that mirrors the original look down to the last line break. Fonts, margins, headers, footers, tables—everything must appear exactly as it does in the PDF, but be fully editable once delivered.

Because the source files are images, solid OCR skills are essential to capture every character accurately and eliminate manual clean-up on my side. I’ll supply the PDFs as soon as the project starts and would like the finished .docx files returned in the same file naming order.

Acceptance criteria:
• Word documents open in Microsoft Word without missing fonts or layout shifts.
• Page-for-page match with the PDF, including any tables or special formatting.
• No residual text boxes or hidden layers that make editing difficult.
• 100 % text selectable and editable.
