PDF to Vector Sandblast Artwork

I already have a finished layout in PDF and all the critical measurements and tolerance notes for the granite panel. What I now need is a clean rebuild in Adobe Illustrator, keeping every dimension exactly as specified so the file will run flawlessly through a granite sandblasting workflow. The design contains text with decorative borders or artwork, so the vector paths must be crisp, closed, and free of stray points that could affect the blast resist.
You will receive:
• The original PDF
• A spec sheet listing the granite size, engraving window, and the allowed tolerances
Deliverables I expect back:
• An Illustrator (.ai) file with layers clearly named (text, borders/artwork, cut/etch guides)
• A final press-ready vector file (.eps or .svg) that my sandblasting vendor can use without further adjustment
• A brief note confirming that all provided tolerances were met (or highlighting anything that required clarification)
Please keep the workflow simple—no raster effects, no transparency, just solid vector geometry. If you have experience preparing artwork for sandblast masks or other abrasive-etch processes, let me know; that background will be a plus.
