PDF to Spreadsheet Entry

I have a collection of PDF files and scanned images that contain structured information I need captured in a clean spreadsheet. Your task is straightforward: open each document, accurately transfer every data point into the appropriate columns, and double-check for typos before saving.

You may use Excel or Google Sheets—whichever lets you work fastest while keeping formulas and formatting intact. Basic OCR tools are fine if they speed things up, but final values must be human-verified for accuracy.

Deliverables
• A fully populated spreadsheet (Excel . xlsx or Google Sheet link) reflecting all fields from the source PDFs/images
• A brief note explaining any unclear items you flagged or assumptions you had to make during entry
