PDF-to-Sheet Data Entry

I have a set of PDF files that contain mixed text and numerical information. Your task is to transfer every data point from those PDFs into a clean, easy-to-read spreadsheet—Excel or Google Sheets, whichever you prefer.

The job is straightforward: no formulas, no macros, just precise typing and an eye for detail so the numbers, names, dates, and any other fields match the source exactly. I will provide the PDFs at the outset and can supply a blank template if that helps, but you are welcome to build your own logical column structure as long as it stays consistent throughout.

My main priorities are accuracy and a clear, organized final sheet delivered on time. When you reply, let me know:

• How quickly you can turn the work around once the files arrive
• Your best all-in price for the task
• Any questions you may have about the source documents or output format

Deliverables: 1) the completed spreadsheet in XLSX or Google Sheets format; 2) a short note flagging any unclear or illegible entries you encounter. I’ll review with random spot checks, and if the data looks solid we’re done.
