PDF to Plain Word Text

I have a set of PDFs that need to be converted into a single Word document. I only need the raw text—no fonts, styles, headings, or other layout elements carried over—so feel free to strip everything down to plain paragraphs.

Please leave out any tables that appear in the source files; the rest of the content should flow as continuous text from start to finish without page or section breaks. Images and hyperlinks can stay in place as plain text references if they happen to come through, but I’m not worried about preserving them.

Accuracy is key: I need every word captured exactly as it appears in the PDFs. You’re welcome to use Acrobat, OCR tools, or any workflow you prefer, as long as the final deliverable is a clean .docx file that meets the guidelines above.
